Easy Icon Maker - It may edit or make an icon of different colors like monochrome (black and white), 16 colors, 256 colors, 24-bit true colors, and 32-bit true colors. If you want to make or edit an icon with different transparency support, you may select the color as 32-bit true colors which contains a 8-bit alpha channel that may be used for defining the transparency for each pixel.
